Overview

Suction and discharge in one hose

VBS is our dry cement suction hose: mandrel-built for consistent dimensions, with a dual helix wire that keeps the bore round under 29 inHg of vacuum, so the same hose loads and unloads. The tube is compounded for abrasion resistance, so it stands up to cement, lime, grain and pebble. Choose VBS150 for standard bulk transfer or VBS300 for higher-pressure pneumatic lines.

Black conductive NR, abrasion-resistant — abrasion loss under 60 mm³ (DIN 53516).

Reinforcement

High-tensile textile cords with an embedded dual helix wire for full suction (vacuum) and discharge service.

Cover

Black conductive SBR/NR with a wrapped finish — abrasion- and ozone-resistant.
