Overview
Suction and discharge in one hose
VCS150 is the standard grade of our dry cement hose. The dual helix wire keeps the bore round under 29 inHg of vacuum, so the same hose loads and unloads; the abrasion-resistant tube handles cement, lime, grain and pebble. For lines that run above 150 PSI, step up to VCS300.
Tube
Black conductive NR, abrasion-resistant — abrasion loss under 60 mm³ (DIN 53516).
Reinforcement
High-tensile textile cords with an embedded dual helix wire for full suction (vacuum) and discharge service.
Cover
Black conductive SBR/NR with a wrapped finish — abrasion- and ozone-resistant.
