Overview
Built for abrasive dry bulk
VCS300 is the heavy-duty grade of our dry cement hose: mandrel-built for consistent dimensions, with a dual helix wire that holds the bore open under 29 inHg of vacuum and textile plies rated to 300 PSI. The tube is compounded for abrasion resistance, so it stands up to cement, lime, grain and pebble.
Tube
Black conductive NR, abrasion-resistant — abrasion loss under 60 mm³ (DIN 53516).
Reinforcement
High-tensile textile cords with an embedded dual helix wire for full suction (vacuum) and discharge service.
Cover
Black conductive SBR/NR with a wrapped finish — abrasion- and ozone-resistant.
